BT answer service?
How secure is a digital answering service. To explain, instead of using an ansaphone, you subscribe to Bt or similar companies and they store your message for you. You dial a number and your messages are played. Where are your messages stored? Who has access to them? Some security guard on night shift? or is your privacy guarenteed.
As with all UK companies BT are governed under the Data protection act to protect and preserve your privacy concerning all your messages . However the possibility of another caller receiving your messages is actually very slight , Your message would be stored on the master main frame servers At your local exchange , and relayed to you on the signal of your pin number . The only way that people who know you getting access to your messages is if you give them your PIN number and the possibility of others getting your information is slight .
