Are there any other foundations like Make-A-Wish?

I am looking for any foundations similar to Make-A-Wish. Also, the child I am asking for lives in Norway, so I would like the foundation to also serve Norway, if possible.

I found an organisation called Ønskebrønnen, website: http://www.onskebronnen.org/
which is for Norwegian children with a life-threatening, serious and/or incurable disease or children with other serious problems – but it’s only for children living in the Møre-Romsdal region, so you would have to check that first.
But the Make-A-Wish foundation also has an international chapter – and even though Norway isn’t specifically mentioned, I saw that it’s possible to refer a Norwegian child too:
