Does NASCAR have an open policy?
On alcohol? they test for drugs.. but what about alcohol? I wonder about some of these guys.. I heard the Bodines are drinkers alot, and you can tell Hornaday and Skinner get drunk all the time!!! Kasey Kahne may be slipping now since hes got that BUDWEISER on the car.
